Great that we got you interested in participating at our 2014 Vintage Glider event. This form leads to a binding registration - so if you want to participate please go ahead and fill in your details.

We kindly ask you to either wire-transfer the participation fee to us up front or provide your bank account information to us in order to be able to issue the invoice for our VGC-Rendevouz via SEPA debit. For security reasons, our organization team will contact you via email to exchange bank account information and payment details.

Accomodation of your plane:

Hangar space is limited and will be distributed based on the type of aircraft we will welcome at our event. Please state if you need hangar space or not. We will contact you when we received all applications in order to sort out the details.

Accomodation of yourself:
For accomodation, you can either bring your tent / caravan / motorhome and stay at our camp site, reserve one of the rooms in our clubhouse. Please regard that we do only have one single bed and two double bed rooms available. First come - first serve. Of course you can stay in some hotel / guest house in the region as well - if you prefer that See the list in the VGC Rendevous homepage for further options.

Breakfast, coffee and dinner choice:
We will provide breakfast bun service, a small breakfast buffet, coffee and cakes in the afternoon as well as dinner in the evening. Dinner will be delivered by a local catering company.
